To enable access to your computer / websites / emails / RCON etc during gameplay you need to be able to pop out of game without leaving the game itself....this is possible via Minimizer.

I always have it set that it opens when I start up my computer that way I never forget. 

Once in game press CONTROL & Z and you will exit game ( screen will go lighter / weird but this is normal ) now you can access your emails or post on website or whatever 

To return to game press CONTROL & Z & SHIFT and you will return to game.
